My first recording in a nightclub setting , the video came out ok.I’m sorry I bought this.First, let me say that THIS little camera is the best investment I have made for capturing video. I needed a compact camcorder for general wide angle shots at events like weddings, this camera is very easy to set-up.In addition, video in low light situations (e.Very happy with this purchase! I’d like a refund. The good things: the sound quality is good, as you would expect from any Zoom product. Very impressed by the audio quality. The ability to monitor your sound levels while in a loud environment as well as record great video is a two fer combo that you should not pass up it you are a live performer. Great for recording live[/review2][review3] Used at a live show last night.I read the instructions, tried every setting I could, but the sound was still muffled and the picture was always fuzzy with a circular look to it.After first returning the PNY brand memory card , I then went through 2 different SanDisk cards that would only record corrupted files .The sound quality is very fine, as I’ve come to expect from Zoom products, but the video is limited for what I was hoping to use it for – even in its "closest" video setting the picture shows some distortion I have come to expect from fisheye lenses.which has extreme highs AND lows. The Q4n exceeds expectations: the video is indeed HD quality and the audio is very very easy to hear with pro quality.
Video quality decent, sound quality for video great for a live show, not ever over driven if you pay attention and set the volume levels right. I had the Q4.If you are looking for something to film live performances this is a great buy, the audio quality on this is great.Did a great job.Easy to use and to upload to the computer. Out of the box, this thing is horrible. This camera is amazing!! Thrilled with the sound quality! Having some issues finding the right card to use with it.But overall for the price this is a great unit to take any live music applications.Haven’t tried the full hd image. Now, I have it! I’ve used it for small ensembles as well as solo recordings. Nice!![/review3][review4] Video and sound quality is very good.Set it on a tripod and it picked up the noise of the tripod’s movements! I have an older Zoom video camera and it’s never picked up so much noise.
Set it on a tripod and it picked up the noise of the tripod’s movements! I have an older Zoom video camera and it’s never picked up so much noise.Cant recall the file extension now.The wide angle and 1080p picture is very clear and uncolored. What a stunning failure on Zoom’s part.Sometimes it turns on and sometimes it doesn’t.Yes, the audio is very good, but truthfully I was not happy with the fish eye effect on everything and the digital only zoom.I’ve used it successfully now since it came out but with the new Windows 10 update, it is no longer compatible.[/review5]<!– .
